My Promise: Transparency in Advice & Recommendations

I believe trust is the foundation of good pet care. As this project grows, I want to be completely clear about how I operate regarding products and partnerships.

Currently, I am keeping The Vet Nook product-neutral. You will notice I do not yet have any recommended products on the boutique page. I am taking the time to carefully curate high-quality items and establish partnerships with reputable online pet pharmacies before launching. Until then, every piece of advice you read here is driven by clinical evidence, not by brand sponsorships.

My Ethical Code for the Future: When I do introduce recommendations, my policy will be strict:

  1. Merit First: I will never recommend a product solely for a commission. Suggestions will always be based on my genuine clinical belief in their efficacy and safety.
  2. Clear Disclosure: If a recommendation involves an affiliate link or paid partnership, this will be explicitly stated at the very top of the article. No hidden incentives.
  3. Alternatives Always: I will always explain why I like a product and, where possible, offer effective alternatives to suit different budgets.

My priority is your pet’s health, not my income. If a product doesn’t meet my high standards, it won’t feature here, regardless of the potential profit. While I offer specialised resources to support this project, my fundamental guidance remains independent and driven by my commitment to animal welfare.
